Hours of Service –Our regular office hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday.

24-hour emergency service is always available with fast response time and a real person to talk to on weekends and after hours.

Service Appointments – For our service technicians to have enough time to properly service your equipment, regular maintenance and repair services are scheduled in two-hour increments. You can expect your appointment to be scheduled between 8-10 a.m. (earliest) and 2-4 p.m. (latest).

 Financing – Financing is available on new or replacement equipment purchases through CitiFinancial. We offer a number of different options including 6 and 12 month same-as-cash.

 Payment Methods – Cash, Checks, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Service Area – Appleton and the surrounding Fox Cities area extending to Calumet County and areas of Brown and Winnebago Counties.

The dream of owning a business became a reality in 1978, when Bob and Mary Nennig formed Bob's Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. The couple, along with their three children, first operated the business from their garage.

Through quality workmanship and products, prompt, dependable service, customer demand and perseverance of family and employees, Bob's Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. began flourishing. In June of 1985, Bob's Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. expanded to its present site at 123 S. Railroad Street in Kimberly.

In 1997, Bob sold the company to his son, Todd and daughter-in-law, Kim. This second generation business continues to uphold the same commitment to quality and values that it was built upon.

 

 
 
Today, our business continues to operate from a state-of-the-art facility with a staff of 18 employees and a fleet of 12 service vehicles. Bob's Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. services all brands and types of equipment. We also sell and install quality residential and commercial products such as Lennox and Rheem. We offer many other quality services such as energy savings agreements, in-floor heating, humidification, air purification systems, and since 1999, air duct cleaning. We also offer free, no obligation estimates on new equipment. Financing is also available to qualified buyers.

This commitment to quality has allowed Bob's Quality Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. to be one of the largest residential and commercial heating and air conditioning dealers in the Fox Valley.
